You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

🚚 Delivery

We currently deliver only within the state of Texas.

Deliveries are made on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

You’ll receive a text message with a photo, date, and exact delivery time once your order arrives.

All meals are delivered ultra-frozen and sealed to ensure maximum freshness.

📦 When You Receive Your Order

✅ Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is correct.
⏰ You have 2 hours from the delivery confirmation to report any issues.
❄️ Place all meals in the freezer immediately.
⚠️ Do not leave meals out of the freezer for more than 1 hour to maintain the cold chain and product quality.

If your order arrived with:

Damaged items
Missing or incorrect products

Please follow these steps:

Send an email to info@misterlonchera.com within 2 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue.
Add your full name and order number.

Our team will review your case and provide a quick and effective solution—either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
